These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between you and ANFA Technology ("ANFA", "we", "us"), an independent software firm established in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. By accessing our website (anfatechnology.com) or utilizing our client-side software utilities, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

These terms govern all browser utilities delivered through anfatechnology.com.

Desktop applications distributed via the Microsoft Store (including Sticky Desk, NUMRIX Scientific ULTRA, and Clipboard Snip) are also governed by Microsoft’s Standard Application License Terms (SALT) and the Microsoft Store Terms of Sale. In the event of a direct conflict between these terms and Microsoft Store terms regarding transaction billing or binary distribution, Microsoft Store terms take precedence for those specific applications.

ANFA Technology provides software designed to execute client-side computation. You may freely use our publicly deployed tools for personal, educational, research, freelance, and commercial operations without creating an account, surrendering personal information, or paying recurring subscription fees.

You retain full, exclusive intellectual property rights, patentability, and copyright over any files, documents, code, or data processed through ANFA tools.

ANFA Technology claims zero ownership, license, or copyright over your inputs or the resulting transformed outputs. Because processing occurs inside your device memory, ANFA never receives, inspects, or preserves copies of your work.

The underlying source code, brand trademarks, logos, visual identity architecture, and proprietary algorithms of ANFA Technology remain the exclusive intellectual property of ANFA Technology and Muntazir Mahdi.

Open-source libraries released by ANFA (such as ANFA Layer on npm or ANFA WhatsApp API on GitHub) are subject to their respective open-source licenses (MIT or Apache-2.0) published in their repositories.

You agree not to misuse ANFA Technology resources. Prohibited actions include:

• Attempting denial-of-service attacks, automated bandwidth exhaustion, or network degradation against our static hosting infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineering or distributing altered binary packages that misrepresent ANFA Technology endorsement.
• Using our open-source or developer APIs for unlawful harassment, unauthorized bulk surveillance, or distribution of malicious software payloads.

All tools, utilities, web pages, and services provided by ANFA Technology are delivered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You assume full responsibility for verifying mathematical, conversion, or formatting outputs prior to mission-critical operational deployment.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, in no event shall ANFA Technology, its founder Muntazir Mahdi, or affiliated contributors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages—including damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or system downtime—arising from the use or inability to use our tools.

This site references verified third-party channels (such as Microsoft Store, GitHub, npm, and LinkedIn). We do not control and are not responsible for the independent uptime, policies, or content of third-party platforms.

We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service to reflect evolving legal standards or new product capabilities. Changes become effective upon publication to this page.

Your continued use of the site or tools following updates signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

We reserve the right to block network access from specific IP addresses or automated subnets that demonstrate sustained abusive behaviors or automated scraping attacking our static hosting infrastructure.

These terms and any disputes arising out of or related to our website or tools shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sindh, Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any legal claims arising under these terms must be submitted to the competent commercial courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
